Baylee Taylor, MA
Marriage and Family Therapist - Intern
I have always known I wanted to become a therapist. Creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood is something I have felt drawn to for as long as I can remember.
In our work together, I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we work together to explore patterns, make sense of your experiences, and find ways to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I love working with individuals and teens who experience anxiety, perfectionism, and the pressure to hold everything together. I also support those navigating grief, chronic illness, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling stuck.
Having an autonomic disorder (POTS) myself, I understand the physical and emotional impact of chronic illness and bring both personal and professional understanding into this work.
My goal is to create a space where you can feel like yourself and maybe even find yourself, while gaining clarity, building insight, and carrying what you learn into your everyday life.
